A drum I keep banging lately is "we all need to learn to be more strategic."
What do you mean by 'strategic'?
1. How can we solve a genuine customer problem - one that's important enough for them to be willing to pay to solve - in a way that they can't get anywhere else, which takes us in the direction that we're aiming to go?
2. How can we balance the needs of all stakeholders in a way that leaves everyone feeling like they got a good deal?
