If the richest 400 billionaires chose to do so, they could solve malaria and extreme poverty*, and STILL be billionaires.

It looks like the -focused- efforts of the super-rich can have real, beneficial impact, which is what the Gates Foundation is trying to achieve.

*Yeah, I know, politics. A lot of the money donated to good causes doesn't get there - but a lot does.
