Great list! I'm fortunate enough to work for a remote-first company and my life is SO much better - it's not the only company to work that way, even in its ecosystem, so if you're not immediately moving to a remote role, there are roles out there for you.
If anyone is dialling into a meeting, EVERYONE should dial into the meeting - it makes for a better user experience all round. You can be sitting next to each other in a meeting room, but still dial in on your laptop so everyone can see each other's faces.
Hybrid meetings suck when it's just a room full of people talking to tiny heads on one screen - those who dial in are "second-class citizens" on the call and I normally insist that everyone should join the call even if they're sitting together.
The other thing I needed when I worked in an office was to be able to walk outside at any point. There was a little woodland trail that had been planted outside so if I felt overwhelmed, I could just walk straight out of the door and take a brisk walk in "nature" for 10 minutes to clear my head.
