Great stuff! For smaller, simpler projects that I just don't have time to do myself (we need more researchers!), I sometimes just write the interview guide myself and give it to the PM/PMM so they can run the interviews themselves but at least we know it's properly structured and the questions aren't biased.

I can then guide them through turning the findings into insights and problem statements afterwards.

For the contact hours during discovery projects, I just have a product team member with me in every interview, on a rotating basis, so the teams hear the customer perspective for themselves.
