Having worked for many years in a large organisation using SAFe, from my slightly detached position as a researcher, I recognise everything in this article: the POs were structurally disempowered; the devs were bored and miserable, and we constantly had to work around SAFe rather than it helping or facilitating agility: for example, getting the devs and POs 'behind the glass' in customer interviews so they weren't receiving user insights as dry text in a powerpoint slide.
