I'm fascinated by the underlying mindset that differentiates "Agile people" from others, and with some people, I'm not even sure it can be taught.

Agile people are just corporate punks, who would be behaving in much the same way in any other industry (read the making-of book on The Evil Dead movies for examples of creative adaptation), and those who default to rigid rules and stifling documentation will do the same anywhere, whatever you call it.
