I'm sorry that you experienced this.

I'm not surprised that 70-80% of autistic children have been bullied - I assumed it was closer to 100%. I assumed that EVERYONE has been bullied at some point.

As an ADHDer, I'm now having to figure out how to deal with a current covert bullying situation: it's not that they don't understand my value, but because they do. All those years of trying to be "good enough" to be accepted made me shine brighter, which exposes their weaknesses and makes them feel threatened and they can't stand that. I'm singled out for being good at my job.

As always, I'm heartbroken, but I'm used to it by now. It's their problem, not mine.
