I'm the same, 24/7, in any context. Yes, that means I post silly memes on LinkedIn and work stuff on Facebook, but that's the only way I know how to be.
Many of my neurodivergent friends have learned how to wear masks, which allows them to live a "normal life" instead of being immediately identified as different, like I am.
Being different comes with many drawbacks such as social exclusion, especially in the workplace - most companies will never promote someone who's a bit eccentric - so the main reason I've never worn a mask is that I don't really know how: I find it difficult to mimic the type of people who would exclude me for my difference because, deep down, I don't really like them very much.
So, I'm stuck with authenticity, and was raised to act with integrity - but I also have many mask-wearing friends who have plenty of integrity but have to blend in to survive.
