In fairness, there seems to be a global, pervasive lack of skills of any kind in many (if not most) companies, so you may have found the same problems wherever you went.

I hope 2025 marks the start of a turning point where the general public, as consumers and employees, get finally fed up of awful companies, awful products and awful service, and start voting with their feet.

"Fail fast" has led to general failure: I'm hoping we'll see a return to professional pride and craftsmanship, including proper training for all skills at all levels, because it almost couldn't get any worse.
