It's definitely worth doing and I landed a new job in UX immediately - though I had substantial relevant work experience, which helped. The one thing to look out for is that the course is more demanding, rather than less, towards the end, which can be tiring if you typically lose enthusiasm over time. So, yes, definitely worth it, but while it's not cognitively difficult, be prepared to work hard.
