It's important to note that most of these are signs of rejection sensitivity dysphoria (RSD), which can accompany autism, rather than from the autism itself. (People with ADHD also experience these symptoms, but they are not part of ADHD.)

The autism is the part of you that is "different" or "weird".

The RSD is the compound trauma response to a lifetime of repeated rejection because of those differences - in other words, if everyone had been 100% nice to you from birth, you would have almost none of these symptoms, and it is very possible to cure all of these through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - you'll still be autistic, but you'll no longer be a nervous people-pleaser.
