Reminds me of the 'pre-blessed wine' skit in Only Fools and Horses. However, I'm curious about Trojan War, so some more information is in order.
The film made $309 in ticket sales because it only played in one theatre, for one week - a practice for films shown purely to fulfil contractual obligations. The film is a comedy about a quest to buy a condom - ironically, another film with a similar plot called Booty Call came out the same year.
Even so, Trojan's shockingly low return is not the lowest ever box office take. As of 2007, that record belonged to Zyzzyx Road, which earned just $30.
