The social anxiety is directly linked to the rejection sensitivity dysphoria - certainly in my own case, it depends on my self-esteem at the time. If I don't fear being rejected, I'm very socially confident.
The food issues with ADHD are often a form of stimming - not necessarily eating a lot of food, but eating too many of the wrong kinds of food or becoming fixated on a certain flavour. I woke up this morning absolutely obsessed with the idea of having a Cobb salad, which is great, but when my fixation is on chocolate, not so great.
