Things that can help:

- Always having a stack of post-it notes on your desk (write EVERYTHING down)

- Use Notepad to make little notes and pin them to your desktop

- Pick one thing every day that MUST be done. Everything else can get stuffed!

- Block out time in your calendar to do it.

- Once you've done your One Important Thing, you may pick another. You'll usually get through at least three

- Don't do anything that doesn't need doing. (People with ADHD typically make awesome Product Owners!)

- Use Outlook's flags, tasks and reminders system

- Visualise your work (Trello, Jira, Miro, Habitica etc.)

- Remember: most adults don't get diagnosed with ADHD, not because they don't have it, but because they use coffee and productivity tools!
